19th annual Fort Langley Historic
5K, 10K, Half Marathon
Race day, Sunday February 16th, 2025
This route is GORGEOUS!!! Sometimes there’s the perfect place to run, this is one of those perfect places.
The Half Marathon route follows a great trail system, through farm fields along the Fraser River. This trail is called the Fort to Fort. We will be traveling along it from Bedford Plaza in Fort Langley through Derby Reach Provincial Park to the Half Marathon turn around.
The route is just GORGEOUS, so making all distances an out and back on the trail works out perfectly. This will allow you to take in more of this GORGEOUS scenery.
The Fort-to-Fort Trail is lined with native wildflowers, lush vegetation, and views of the Fraser River and Bedford Channel. This mixed-use trail is popular with walkers, runners, and cyclists, and links the first historic site of the Hudson’s Bay Fort in Derby Reach Regional Park (Metro Vancouver) and the Fort Langley National Historic Site of Canada (Parks Canada) in Fort Langley.
*Please respect the trail by disposing of litter in the receptacles at all trail entries, leaving wildflowers in place for others to enjoy, and staying on the trail surface.
