Attach the timing tag to your shoe laces using zaps provided. After your race please return timing tag to avoid being charged $40 If you still have your timing tag please mail it to the address on the tag.

Catching the Spirit- dedicated to devolping leadership and social responsibilty in youth aged 12 to 18 through enviromental awareness and stewardship, outdoor recreation and youth ownership. Work on team projects, Lead your peers, Cook your own meals, Camp out with buddies new and old, Give back to your communitiess. Camps and day programs at no fee in Metro Vancouver Regional Parks.

We work to raise funds for special projects in regional parks, foster public awareness of the regional park system, and recruit skilled corporate and community leaders as Foundation Directors.
